These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your ("User", "you", "your") access to and use of the services provided by SolTradingBot, including but not limited to web and mobile applications, bots, browser extensions, channels, and groups ("Services").

1. Acceptance of Agreement

THESE TERMS ESTABLISH THE LEGALLY BINDING CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL RELATED TOOLS, WEB AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS, SMART CONTRACTS, AND APIS ("PLATFORM"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO USE THE SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

Notice: These Terms include an arbitration clause for dispute resolution, which affects your legal rights.

By accessing, submitting information to, or using the Services, or by signing in using a Wallet, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including tax and tariff regulations. In accordance with GDPR, users in the EU consent to the processing of personal data as necessary for these Terms and the Services. If you disagree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Services. This Agreement is referred to herein as the "Agreement."

2. Amendments

SolTradingBot may revise this Agreement and its Privacy Policy at any time, with reasonable notice at SolTradingBot's sole discretion. Updates will be posted on the Service. Users are encouraged to regularly review this Agreement and the Privacy Policy for any changes. By continuing to use the Platform or Service after such notice, you accept and agree to the revisions. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and Service immediately.

3. Definitions and Interpretation

3.1. Defined Terms:

• Affiliate: Any entity or person that, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.

• Applicable Law: All relevant federal and state legislation.

• Business Day: Any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.

• Profile Information: Information provided by a User during registration, including wallet address, username, and password.

• Wallet: A digital address used to buy, store, and manage cryptocurrencies on supported blockchains.

3.2. Interpretation:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. “Including” means “including but not limited to.”

4. The Service

4.1. Purpose:

SolTradingBot enables Users to trade tokens, manage wallets, snipe launches, and access crypto tools. All information is for informational purposes and not financial advice.

4.2. Use and Access:

SolTradingBot grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal use only, subject to applicable laws.

4.2.3. User Account Responsibility:

You are fully responsible for safeguarding your credentials and wallets. SolTradingBot cannot recover lost access.

4.2.4. Additional Considerations:

• Blockchain Visibility: Your wallet and transactions are visible on public blockchains.

• Gas Fees: You are solely responsible for all gas/network fees.

• Use of Info: Verified users consent to use of their info solely for providing Services.

4.3. License:

SolTradingBot may revoke access at any time, without prior notice.

4.4. Prohibited Uses:

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful activity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

• Attack or disrupt the platform

• Reverse-engineer or replicate the Services

4.5. Modification and Suspension:

SolTradingBot may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.

4.6. No Maintenance Guarantee:

We are not obligated to provide ongoing support.

4.7. Suspension:

We may suspend access for suspicious or illegal activities.

5. Privacy

You agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your data.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

SolTradingBot may integrate with third-party services like Solscan, Telegram, and DEXs. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and code belong to SolTradingBot. Unauthorized use is prohibited. All trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

8. Risk Disclosure & Indemnification

You acknowledge and accept the risks of trading tokens, including:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities

• Wallet errors or hacks

• Market volatility

• Transaction failure

• Regulatory risk

You agree to release and indemnify SolTradingBot and its affiliates from any and all claims, losses, or damages related to use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

SolTradingBot is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including financial loss, arising from your use of the Services. Use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Services. SolTradingBot may terminate your access at any time. You may terminate by ceasing use.

11. General Terms

11.1. Changes: Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11.2. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

11.3. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

11.4. Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using the Services, you waive any right to class-action lawsuits.

11.5. Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of the arbitration clause within 30 days by written notice.

11.6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SolTradingBot.

11.7. Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without SolTradingBot’s written consent.
